The owner and instructor is Hector Quinones. He is a retired 26 year Navy retired veteran who has served our military both in the states and overseas in different conflicts. Since he retired he has traveled teaching firearms proficiency state wide. On top of that he is an avid and proficient hunter. To that end he was also in his previous years a professional guide taking clients on night hunts with thermal and night vision. You can still see him on his old you tube channel (Thermal Dog Outfitters). He believes in learning as much as he can so he can pass on that knowledge to his students as well. He will take his time making sure you are comfortable with what you are learning but more importantly how to apply it.
